  11. This utility is take an existing memo in an OYC catalog and
  12. attach it to additional entries.  OYC allows a single memo
  13. to be attached (and thus displayed by) an unlimited number
  14. of entries.

  22. This utility may be used with OYC catalog files created by any
  23. of the following software:
  24.  
  25.         ORGANIZE! Your Collection (DOS Version)
  26.         ORGANIZE! Your Collection (Windows Version)
  27.         ORGANIZE! Your Collection (Windows Multimedia Version)
  28.         ORGANIZE! Your... (all shareware versions)
  29.         ORGANIZE! Your... (all lite versions)

  32. The COPYMEMO.EXE file must be copied to the same drive and directory
  33. where the OYC.EXE file is located.  It will not work if placed in
  34. any other directory.
  35.  
  36. To use this utility go to the DOS prompt for the directory
  37. containing the OYC.EXE file, type COPYMEMO, and push ENTER.  This
  38. utility may be run in Windows by using the "RUN" option on the
  39. files menu.

  41. When the utility starts you will be prompted to enter the name of
  42. the catalog you want the utility to work on.  If the catalog is
  43. on another drive or in another directory, you can also enter the
  44. drive and path.  (Do not enter a filename extension, only enter
  45. the name of the catalog).

  47. The next screen asks for the entry number of the entry that has the
  48. memo you wish to attach to other entries.  Type in that number and
  49. push ENTER.

  51. Next you'll be prompted for the number of the new entry that you'd
  52. like to attach this memo to.  Type in that entry number and push
  53. ENTER.  The prompt asking for a new entry number will continue to
  54. appear until zero (0) is entered as the entry number.

  57. IMPORTANT: ALWAYS MAKE A BACKUP COPY OF YOUR CATALOG BEFORE
  58. USING THIS, OR ANY OTHER, UTILITY TO MODIFY THE CATALOG.
